Dr. Jane Bozarth is a well-known author, speaker, and e-learning evangelist. She is the Technology Coordinator for the State of North Carolina and is credited with helping individuals and organizations find ways to effectively and efficiently implement cost-effective e-learning solutions. Jane is a social media practitioner and champion and you won’t want to miss her insights.

I see classroom training becoming increasingly less relevant. Trainers who are locked into that area need to start looking at ways they can become bigger participants in informal learning and, as I’ve said, getting between the spaces of formal training events.
